Where it sits in Dubai
MBR City sits south-east of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, bordered by Al Khail Road and close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The location places residents within around 10–15 minutes of Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai Mall, while Dubai Marina can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes depending on traffic. Getting around
MBR City is currently a car-dependent community with direct access to Al Khail Road providing fast connectivity across Dubai. Public transport options remain limited within the community itself, although nearby metro access is available from Business Bay and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa stations. Ride-hailing services and taxis are widely used by residents. Future infrastructure and road expansions are expected as the wider district continues to grow.
