Travel time to Dubai International Airport is around 10–15 minutes, Downtown Dubai 20–25 minutes, and Deira less than 15 minutes depending on traffic.

Al Mamzar is better connected to public transport than many suburban Dubai communities. The nearest metro stations include Al Qiyadah and Stadium on the Green Line, while multiple RTA bus routes serve the area internally. Most residents still rely on cars or taxis for daily commuting, particularly during peak Sharjah traffic hours. The community has direct access to Al Ittihad Road and Beirut Street, improving connectivity across northern Dubai.
